Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa and Mastercard card payments. If you wish to purchase in bulk, or need to do a manual bank transfer, please contact us at email@example.com
What is your return policy?
Quest Payment Systems Pty Ltd (Quest) will only refund returned goods where defective or incorrectly supplied goods are returned to us within 14 days of receipt of the goods.
Quest may at its sole discretion, refund or replace returned goods for other reasons if the following conditions are met:
- the goods must have been received from Quest in the last 14 days; and
- the goods must be in the same condition as they were received; and
- the purchaser must have contacted us for approval to return the goods and we have given that approval; and
- the purchaser pays the cost of returning the goods, except in circumstances where the customer has been dispatched an incorrect order by us.
No refund shall be issued until Quest has received and inspected the goods.
What happens if Quest run out of stock?
Quest will do our best to source your order. If there is a delay, or we have difficulty shipping your order, we will contact you with further information.
Can you ship direct to multiple stores?
Should you wish Quest to ship directly to individual stores, you will need to make a seperate order for each store, specifying their delivery address.
Can I cancel my order?
If Quest has not yet shipped your order, you are able to cancel your order. Please call 03 8807 4400 and our Customer Care team will do their best to stop the shipment and refund your payment.
